Les pains (breads)
Start with our signature  baguette—just the right blend of crisp, chewy texture in plain, sesame, poppy seed or multigrain—then move on to sourdough, olive, walnut and sweet raisin and honey breads, all baked in traditional French style.


Les viennoiseries (croissant, brioche and more flaky treats)
Fresh, rich Belgian butter is the foundation of all our croissants, (plain, chocolat, almond), brioche and other flaky delights. Try a chausson aux pommes (turnover bursting with home-made apples), a light-as-a-feather Madeleine cake bite or a Danish aux abricot (Danish pastry filled with apricot).


Sweets (French pastries, cakes, tarts and macarons)
Life is not complete until you’ve tried a slice of moelleux, our flourless chocolate cake with crackle crust and moist, dark interior, or any one of our exquisite pastries, including Mille-feuilles and Opéra cakes. Tart au citron bursts with a sweet-tart dance of fresh lemon flavour: it’s a Thobors’ best-seller.


Savouries (quiche and sandwiches)
A lunch or brunch favourite, our single-serving quiche are baked fresh every day in leek and feta, tomato and olive, ham and cheese and more delish combinations. We also make baguette sandwiches to eat in or take out and delicious tartine and croque monsieur sandwiches.


Chocolates (ganache, nuts, truffles & more)
All of our chocolates are made in small batches, in-house, from the finest ingredients.  From the latest tonka bean-infused confections to raspberry, praline and lavender-scented ganache, to a select array of dark and decadent truffles, Sylvie Thobor’s artisanal chocolates are quite simply, to die for.
