Welcome to Thobors Boulangerie Patisserie Café (formerly Le Comptoir
de Célestin), an authentic French neighbourhood bakery in Toronto’s Davisville Village. Our passion
begins with French artisanal breads, is richly infused into our Viennoiserie (croissants, pain au
chocolat and other buttery delights), and continues through our wonderful array of sweet pastries,
tarts, cakes and quiches.
Beyond the passion is our philosophy: our slogan is “Quality comes first.” We use only the freshest,
highest quality natural ingredients and the skilled hands of our expert Parisian baker/proprietor
and talented pastry chef to create the perfect marriage of taste, texture and treat for the eyes.

Our sit-down café area is now open, serving freshly made baguette sandwiches, quiche, soup, croissants and sweets, plus authentic Italian cappuccino and fine teas.
